IFGL Refractories Limited has announced a leadership shift at its US subsidiary Mono Ceramics Inc (MCI), naming Ashok Kumar Kedia and Frank Mitchell as Co-Presidents of MCI, effective 16 August 2026. The move follows the cessation of Mukesh Harshadrai Rawal as President of MCI, effective 15 August 2026.
Ashok Kumar Kedia, currently Vice President of Finance and head of IFGL USA Group Finance, brings decades of manufacturing and financial leadership to the new post. He joined IFGL Group in 1998 and has built more than three decades of experience in the manufacturing sector, including senior financial roles across the group.
Frank Mitchell, a US citizen with four decades in manufacturing, has served as Vice President of Manufacturing for MCI since joining the company in 1988. With a long track record of hands-on leadership across operations, his elevation to Co-President reflects a continuity-driven approach to running the unit’s manufacturing and operational priorities.
Analysts and industry observers will be watching how the pair align finance and operations as MCI charts its next phase, signaling a deliberate leadership alignment to sustain growth and operational discipline for the US-based subsidiary.
