Separately, the board approved the appointment of Sudhir Goyal as Chief Financial Officer of IL JIN Electronics (India) Private Limited, a material subsidiary of Amber, with effect from 13 August 2026. Remuneration and other approvals are subject to the requisite approvals of the Members and any other applicable approvals.
