Carysil Limited is reshaping its leadership ladder as it bolsters its international marketing mandate. The board, in its meeting on August 10, 2026, approved the elevation of Rhea Parekh from Vice President (International Marketing) to Senior Vice President (International Marketing), effective October 1, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The move signals the company’s intent to sharpen its focus on global markets as part of its growth agenda.
The promotion comes on the recommendation of Carysil’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, underscoring Parekh’s ongoing leadership in steering international marketing initiatives. While the company has not disclosed additional duties, the designation change places Parekh in a senior line of command within the marketing organization at a time of expansion and strategy refinement for its international footprint.
In a separate governance decision, the board approved an increase in the Corporate Guarantee extended to Carysilnox Limited, a subsidiary, by Rs. 18 crores, bringing the total to Rs. 55.10 crores to secure enhanced credit facilities for ongoing capacity expansion. The arrangement remains a contingent liability for the parent company and is intended to support the subsidiary’s financing needs as capacity investments proceed.
Additionally, Carysil announced the 39th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 22, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, signaling the effective timing and governance framework under which Parekh’s elevated role will be considered by shareholders.
