The appointment was approved by the Board in its meeting held on 14 March, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Laddad is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over five years of professional experience spanning accounting, audit, taxation and financial management. His background includes practical exposure to internal audits of listed companies, GST compliances, tax audits and financial reporting, positioning him to lead GK Energy’s accounts function with a focus on robust financial governance.
The appointment signals GK Energy’s emphasis on strengthening its financial backbone as the company continues its growth trajectory. By elevating the accounts head to Senior Management Personnel, the company reinforces its commitment to disciplined financial management and transparent reporting across its operations.
