Exicom reshapes its leadership as Tarak Nath Mukherjee named Senior Management Personnel and Sandeep Anand retires

In a move that signals both continuity and refreshed capability, Exicom Tele-Systems Limited disclosed that its Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee approved changes in its senior management. Sandeep Anand will cease to be Senior Management Personnel upon his retirement at the close of business on August 24, 2026. At the same time, Tarak Nath Mukherjee, currently Head – Strategic Sourcing, has been designated as Senior Management Personnel with effect from August 25, 2026.

Mukherjee, who holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and a PGDBA in Operations Management, brings more than 24 years of experience across electronics, electrical and electro-mechanical manufacturing. His background spans procurement, strategic sourcing, production planning and control, and end-to-end supply chain management. He has led procurement and supply chain functions, strengthened supplier ecosystems, driven commercial negotiations and supplier localisation, and steered Electronics Manufacturing Services strategies to build agile, cost-competitive supply chains.

Sandeep Anand’s departure marks the close of a long tenure with the company; Exicom extends its appreciation for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Exicom said the leadership shift aligns with its ongoing focus on strengthening its sourcing and supply chain capabilities to support growth in a competitive electronics landscape. The move, validated by the NRC Committee, signals a readiness to deepen operational excellence through a refreshed senior management team.
