The resignation came as the company’s board conducted business in its latest meeting, including the approval of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The disclosures show the governance move occurring alongside ongoing financial disclosures and oversight activity.
With Singh’s exit, the board will reassess its composition to maintain balance and governance standards as the company continues to navigate its growth trajectory within the Performance Chemicals segment. Singh expressed gratitude for the support received from the board and management in his resignation letter, and PCCPL said it would coordinate the requisite formal steps through the usual channels to formalize the change.
