Aaron Industries Limited has signaled leadership continuity with the re-appointment of Amar Chinubhai Doshi as Chairman and Managing Director for a three-year term starting February 1, 2027. The board gave its blessing at a meeting on July 24, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with the appointment subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Doshi brings more than 35 years of industry experience in the sheet metal fabrication sector. A diploma holder in Man-made fiber fabrics (with in-plant training) from 1984, he has long been at the helm of strategy and growth initiatives at the company, overseeing planning, capacity expansion and business development, and guiding the stainless-steel polishing division.
The appointment also underlines a family-linked leadership dynamic at Aaron: Amar Doshi is the father of Karan Doshi, Whole-time Director, and Monish Doshi, Director and CFO, underscoring the close-knit executive structure that has steered the company through its expansion.
Should shareholders ratify the move at the AGM, his term will run from February 1, 2027 to January 31, 2030, maintaining continuity at the top as Aaron charts its strategic path in the years ahead.
