MSTC Limited has expanded its governance slate with the appointment of two Independent Directors to its Board for a three-year term, effective July 18, 2026. The appointments of Siraiong Singpho and Niwas Mandal were approved by the board through a resolution by circulation, following an order from the Ministry of Steel. Both appointees are Non-Official Independent Directors and are slated to serve until further notice or until the expiration of their term, whichever comes first. The company notes that neither director is related to any current director or key managerial personnel, nor are they debarred from holding office by SEBI or any other authority.
