RITES Limited is reshaping its leadership lineup as it welcomes Vinod Kumar Paswan to the senior management fold and realigns its Civil wing. Paswan has joined on deputation as Group General Manager (Civil), Regional Head – Eastern Region Project Office, Kolkata, effective 17 July 2026. At the same time, Alok Bansal, currently Group General Manager (Civil) and former Regional Head of ERPO, has been transferred from ERPO to PU Lucknow and will cease to be part of the Senior Management with effect from 17 July 2026. The company has noted these moves in its disclosures to the exchanges while signaling a broader push to strengthen project delivery in the Eastern region.
