Rajesh Davera arrives with four decades of financial and taxation know-how. A Chartered Accountant by training, he has cultivated broad senior advisory experience as the sole proprietor of Rajesh Davera & Company since 1988, alongside leadership stints as CEO and CFO of Chandraudai Automobiles Private Limited (2013–2018). Together, the appointments reinforce CMPDIL’s board composition with independent voices that blend technical acumen, governance, and financial discipline. As the institute continues to chart its path within a public sector framework, the new directors are positioned to help steer strategic priorities, ensure accountability, and foster robust decision-making at the board level.
