Capri Global Capital names Ignatius Kaitha as CHRO and Ateet Parikh as Chief Collection Officer

Capri Global Capital Limited has refreshed its senior leadership slate with two strategic appointments, naming Ignatius Kaitha as Chief Human Resource Officer and Ateet Parikh as Chief Collection Officer. Both appointments have been designated as Senior Management Personnel and were approved by the board via circular resolution, effective July 8, 2026. The moves underscore Capri Global’s intent to strengthen core functions as it positions itself for growth across its lending platforms.

Ignatius Kaitha brings two decades of HR leadership to Capri Global. A seasoned human resources professional, he previously served as Executive Vice President & Head of Human Resource (Retail Assets, Business Owner, Channels & Affluent Banking) at IndusInd Bank, where he partnered with senior leadership and the board on governance and people strategy. His prior stints include leadership roles at HSBC and Stream Global Services (now Concentrix), where he led large-scale HR transformations, workforce planning and leadership development. Kaitha holds an MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management.

Ateet Parikh, appointed Chief Collection Officer, is a banking veteran with over 25 years in collections, debt management and risk, having most recently led collections for Credit Cards, Car Loans, Micro Business Loans and Overdrafts at IDFC FIRST Bank. His career has also encompassed senior responsibilities at ICICI Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, where he drove collections strategy, process transformation and customer experience. Parikh holds an MBA in Finance, an M.Com in Advanced Business Management, and an MBA (HR) from SM University.

Together, the appointments lay a foundation for Capri Global to sharpen its people strategy and collections discipline as it scales its lending portfolio. By tapping seasoned leaders in HR and collections, the company signals a concerted effort to fuse talent development with robust risk controls—an alignment that could help sustain growth while maintaining service standards across its nationwide footprint.
