Fractal Analytics CFO Ashwath Bhat resigns; transition planned for July 24, 2026

Fractal Analytics Limited has announced the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer and Group Chief Financial Officer, Ashwath Bhat, effective at the close of business hours IST on July 24, 2026, for personal reasons. Bhat has spent more than five years at the company, steering the financial function through a period of rapid growth and expansion.

In the resignation note addressed to the board, Bhat described the move as purely professional with no other material reasons. He expressed gratitude to Srikanth Velamakanni, Pranay Agrawal, the Board, senior management, and his colleagues for the guidance and support during his tenure.

The board will oversee a transition plan and initiate steps to identify a successor, with the aim of a smooth handover to sustain Fractal’s momentum.
