Shukla, who has been serving as Assistant General Manager — Operations, brings a deep reservoir of experience spanning more than two decades in pharmaceutical API and intermediates manufacturing. The company highlights his extensive track record in plant operations, project management, production, quality systems, and regulatory compliance, alongside a proven ability to scale facilities, lead regulatory audits, and drive operational excellence, capacity optimization, and cost efficiency.
