STL Networks Limited has announced a leadership move, naming Girish Nandan Juneja as Chief Operating Officer, designated as Senior Management Personnel, with effect from July 2, 2026. The appointment comes on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and was approved by the Board. The company notes that the move will align with its strategic drive to strengthen operations as it scales its engineering, procurement, and construction capabilities across the country.
Juneja brings more than three decades of cross-sector experience to STL Networks. He holds an M.Tech in Power Systems Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, a Master’s in Management Sciences from CDM Secunderabad, and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from JNU New Delhi. Before joining STL Networks, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Freyr Energy and has also held senior leadership roles across Reliance Jio Infocomm and a 25-year tenure with the Indian Army’s Corps of Engineers. His track record spans pan-India EPC, operations & maintenance, and large-scale infrastructure projects, underscoring a capability to drive both stability and growth.
