Adani Energy Solutions Limited has announced a change in its senior management. Samir Prakash will cease to be Chief People Officer as part of the companys organizational restructuring, and Pramath Nath will be appointed Chief People Officer. The changes take effect at the close of business on July 1, 2026.
Pramath Nath is described as a seasoned HR leader with nearly three decades of experience across energy, consulting, technology, retail, hospitality and pharmaceuticals. He holds an MBA from XIM-Bhubaneswar, an LL.B. from Delhi University, and a BA from Ramjas College, Delhi University. He joined the Adani Group in October 2022 and is currently serving as Chief People Officer of Adani Green Energy Limited. His prior roles include chief roles in CHRO Asia Pacific & India for GE Power and executive leadership at KPMG, Hewlett-Packard, Reliance Retail, the Oberoi Group and other organizations. His core strengths include stakeholder engagement, organizational transformation, leadership development, culture building, change management, governance and future-focused workforce strategy. He is professionally certified as a Global Professional in Human Resources, a Professional Certified Coach, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
