R Sarabeswar has been re-appointed as Whole-Time Director – Chairman for a five-year term commencing July 1, 2026. Described as a promoter of the firm, he brings four decades of experience in the construction sector, with a background that spans civil engineering and strategic management. His continued leadership is presented as central to CCCL’s ongoing execution across its project portfolio and its long-term roadmap.

S Sivaramakrishnan will also continue as Whole-Time Director – Vice Chairman for five years from July 1, 2026. Finally, Sri S Subramanian has been appointed Managing Director for a five-year term, effective from April 28, 2026. An engineer by training with a three-decade-plus footprint in infrastructure, Subramanian has led roles at Larsen & Toubro Limited and Kalpataru Projects International Limited, among others.
