3i Infotech Limited has disclosed a leadership reshuffle on the back of its 33rd AGM held on August 28, 2026. The changes see three non-executive directors stepping away from the board, signaling a notable, though not unusual, refresh at the governance level. Ambarish Dasgupta retired by rotation and exited from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM. Sanjay Vatsa, another non-executive non-independent director, ceased to hold office with effect from the AGM’s conclusion. Umesh Mehta, who had been nominated under a special resolution, was removed as a non-executive non-independent director following the AGM, again with effect from its conclusion.
