N Sudha Rani is currently the Deputy General Manager (EPM & Accounts) at TSIDC. She is not related to any director, manager or key managerial personnel of Sagar Cements Limited, and she has not been debarred from holding the office of director by any SEBI order or other authority, in line with the company’s compliance confirmations.
As a Nominee Director on the board, she is expected to bring governance experience from the public sector and a finance-focused perspective to Sagar Cements.
