Puravankara Limited has formalized a continuity move at the top, reappointing Ashish Ravi Puravankara as Managing Director for a fresh five-year term from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031. The decision, endorsed by shareholders via postal ballot on March 19, 2026, also expands the remuneration framework for a three-year window starting April 1, 2026, extending through March 31, 2029. The alignment underscores the company’s intent to lock in the leadership vision as Puravankara eyes further geographic reach and project diversification.

Ashish Ravi Puravankara, who serves as Managing Director and a director on the company’s board, has been central to Puravankara’s growth narrative. Under his stewardship, the group has advanced residential and commercial projects across nine Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kochi, Coimbatore, and Mangaluru. The company has also charted expansion into Mumbai’s redevelopment market and signaled plans to deepen its West India presence.
