Swamydurai joined MPL in 1989 as an ESS trainee and holds a diploma in Chemical Technology. He is currently DGM (Operations) and oversees operations at both of the company’s plants, reflecting a long tenure and deep familiarity with MPL’s manufacturing footprint.
