The board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Jimit Narendra Shah as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), effective 10 April 2026. In a parallel development, the company has extended the tenure of J. Sangameswar as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) from May 9, 2026, up to 30 April 2028.
