JSW Infrastructure bids farewell to Amitabh Kumar Sharma after second term as Independent Director

JSW Infrastructure Limited has announced the end of Mr. Amitabh Kumar Sharma’s tenure as an Independent Director, marking the completion of his second consecutive term. The change takes effect from the end of day on 27 March 2026, and as a result, Mr. Sharma ceased to be a member of the Board committees on which he served. The company has expressed appreciation for his valuable contributions during his tenure as an Independent Director.

In its note, the company reassured that its Board composition remains compliant with applicable governance standards under the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing Regulations.
