HMT Limited has appointed N. Ramesh Kumar as Chairman and Managing Director on an additional charge, effective 25 March 2026. The appointment is for one year or until the joining of a regular incumbent, or until further orders, whichever comes first, and is subject to ex-post-facto approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
