He brings about seven years of experience in assurance, internal audit, and forensic and fraud risk, with additional certifications in Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (ICAD), Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and related areas. Dharmendra Bhaliya, a Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for the same period.
