Gravita India Limited has announced the resignation of Satish Kumar Agrawal from his position as Independent Director, effective March 18, 2026. The move comes on account of his pre-occupations and other personal commitments, with the company noting there are no reasons beyond those cited for the departure.
The board has recorded its appreciation for Mr. Agrawal’s contributions during his tenure and confirms that he has stepped down from all committees on which he served. It is also stated that he does not hold directorships in any other company.
