Sarveshwar Foods Limited has announced the appointment of Meghna as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), with effect from April 9, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Audit Committee. The leadership move positions Meghna at the helm of the company’s finance function as it advances its strategic agenda, underscoring a renewed focus on governance and financial discipline.
Meghna is a Chartered Accountant with more than six years of experience in forensic investigations, compliance reviews and risk advisory services. She previously served as Deputy Manager at Deloitte, where she specialized in financial advisory and regulatory compliance across diverse sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, FMCG, IT, aviation and renewable energy. Her core expertise spans fraud investigations, whistleblower matters, anti-bribery and anti-corruption (ABAC) reviews, and conflict of interest assessments, and she has led engagements involving vendor fraud, employee misconduct, and governance-strengthening initiatives.
Prior to her tenure at Deloitte, Meghna worked with Ernst & Young in Forensic & Integrity Services, handling complex investigations for global and domestic clients and leveraging data analytics and detailed financial analysis. Her appointment signals Sarveshwar Foods’ intent to bolster its financial governance framework as the company charts its next phase of growth and operational excellence.
