Stove Kraft Limited has tapped Subhadeep Pal to lead its finance function as VP-Finance, effective April 8, 2026. The appointment, approved by the board on the basis of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendations, signals the company’s intent to sharpen its financial leadership as it steers growth across its manufacturing and consumer-focussed businesses.
Pal brings more than two decades of finance leadership to Stove Kraft. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with a B.Com (Hons) from Patna University and has built a career spanning corporate finance, controllership, internal audit, treasury, FP&A, and business partnering. His experience cuts across sectors including Pharma, FMCG, Foods, and Energy, with a track record in P&L management, forecasting, internal controls, risk management, and strategic initiatives such as M&A and business transformation. Prior stints include Synokem Pharmaceuticals Limited, Sanofi India Limited, and Nestlé India Limited, where he contributed to finance transformation and governance enhancements.
Industry observers may view Pal’s appointment as a signal of Stove Kraft’s emphasis on disciplined financial stewardship as it expands. His background in governance, process improvements, and value-creating finance transformation aligns with the company’s growth agenda, promising stronger financial planning, tighter controls, and more robust decision-support across the organization.
