Hexaware Technologies Limited is reshaping its boardroom dynamics as it confirms a leadership shift among its independent directors. Milind Sarwate will cease to be a Director at the close of business on April 24, 2026, after completing a second consecutive term. In a move that predated this change, the board had already appointed Alok Chandra Misra, an Independent Director, as his successor effective February 23, 2026, signaling a planned succession and continuity in governance. The transition comes ahead of the company’s planned 33rd Annual General Meeting on May 5, 2026, to be held via video conferencing/other audio-visual means.
