Abans Financial Services Limited is redistributing its leadership baton, as the company announced the re-appointment of two key figures following a shareholder-backed postal ballot. In a move that underscores continuity amid growth, Abans said that Abhishek Bansal will serve a second term as Managing Director for five years, from June 18, 2026 to June 17, 2031, while Ashima Chhatwal will continue as an Independent Director for a further five-year term from July 12, 2026 to July 11, 2031. The approvals came after the recommendations of the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee and the Board of Directors, in line with the voting results of the postal ballot dated February 9, 2026.
