Isgec Heavy Engineering Reappoints Four Directors, Signaling Leadership Continuity

Isgec Heavy Engineering Limited has moved to shore up leadership by reappointing four senior directors through a postal ballot. The shareholders approved the reappointment of Aditya Puri as Managing Director, Kishore Chatnani as Joint Managing Director, Sanjay Gulati as Joint Managing Director, and Arvind Sagar as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term. The resolutions were deemed passed on 27 March 2026, in line with the remote-e-voting window.

The moves reflect Isgec’s emphasis on continuity as it pursues its longer-term strategy for manufacturing and exports.

Aditya Puri will continue as Managing Director for a five-year term from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2031.
