Godrej Consumer Products Limited has tapped an internal stalwart, promoting M. Pradeep Kumar to Chief Customer Officer with effect from 1 April 2026. Kumar brings a quarter of a century of sales experience at GCPL, where he has been a driving force behind the company’s international push. In recent years, he helped set up GCPL International, mentored teams to build the SAARC business, and led the Daksh channel initiative for the PAKS market. His footprint across GCPL’s India Sales organization and multiple regional sales stints further illustrates his breadth across markets and customer touchpoints.
As Chief Customer Officer, Kumar will report into GCPL’s global leadership framework and will head line responsibilities for India Sales, SAARC and GCPL International, with a mandate to develop and strengthen global sales capabilities. The promotion highlights GCPL’s emphasis on leveraging internal talent to drive integrated go-to-market strategies and a more cohesive customer experience across geographies.
