Amit Srivastava has been named CEO – SSD & ASEAN Business at Minda Corporation Limited, with effect from November 6, 2026. The board approved the appointment on the recommendation of its Nomination & Remuneration Committee, elevating Srivastava to Senior Management Personnel.
With more than three decades in automotive and manufacturing, Srivastava has steered businesses across strategy, sales and marketing, operational excellence, and international growth. His career spans leadership roles at Remsons Industries Limited, Bridgestone, Hindalco Industries (Aditya Birla Group) and AMW Auto Component Limited (Essar Group), with experience across India, the United Kingdom, the United States and Europe.
Industry observers say the appointment aligns with Minda’s push to scale its SSD portfolio and accelerate its ASEAN footprint. By bringing in a veteran operator with a track record in transformation and cross-border markets, the company signals a sharper focus on execution and growth in its most strategically important regions.
Meenal Bansal, the company’s Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, signed the communication announcing the change. The move underscores Minda’s intent to deepen leadership depth as it navigates a rapidly evolving automotive components landscape and pursues international expansion.
