Greenply’s VP of Marketing Yatnesh Pandey resigns, marking leadership transition

Greenply Industries Limited has announced the resignation of Yatnesh Pandey, its Vice President – Marketing, marking a notable leadership transition in the company’s senior management. Pandey, who has been with Greenply for approximately 4.7 years, tendered his resignation to pursue opportunities outside the organization and will be relieved from duties with effect from the close of business on 24 March 2026. In his resignation letter, he expressed gratitude for the support and trust shown by the management and pledged a thorough handover of his responsibilities during the notice period.

The departure comes at a time when the marketing function plays a pivotal role in shaping brand perception and customer engagement in Greenply’s competitive sector. While the company has not disclosed a successor, the emphasis will likely be on ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of ongoing campaigns and strategic initiatives. Pandey’s exit underscores the broader reality of leadership change at Senior Management levels, where the outflow of experienced marketers can prompt a reimagining of, or adjustments to, go-to-market plans.

Greenply will now begin the search for a suitable successor to lead the Marketing function, balancing the need for continuity with the opportunity to infuse fresh perspectives into the company’s brand strategy. As the organization navigates this shift, the focus will be on maintaining momentum in its marketing efforts while honoring the contributions of a leader who helped steer the function over nearly five years.
