Batra will cease to be Executive Director of the company with effect from 1 November 2026, consequent to attaining the age of superannuation on 31 October 2026. In the same developmental move, Shri Inderpreet Singh, currently Chief General Manager and Panipat Unit Head, will be promoted as Executive Director of the company with effect from 1 November 2026.
