Veedol Corporation Limited has announced that Ranesh Sinha, Vice President – Manufacturing, has tendered his resignation, with effect from the close of business on 24 November 2026. In a brief note, Sinha cited family commitments as the reason and thanked the organization for more than two years of service.
The development marks a leadership transition within Veedol’s manufacturing leadership. The company did not name a successor in its communication, leaving the path forward for appointing a new head of manufacturing to be determined.
Sinha’s farewell letter, dated 21 October 2026, expresses gratitude for the opportunity to serve and requests release not later than 24 November 2026. He signs off as Vice President – Manufacturing. As Veedol navigates this change, the focus will be on ensuring continuity of manufacturing operations and a smooth transition for the role’s responsibilities.
Veedol Corporation Limited will likely outline its plan for continuity and leadership succession in due course as it seeks to maintain momentum in its manufacturing function.
