Jubilant FoodWorks reshuffles senior leadership as Tejaswi Nori moves to Domino’s DITA helm

Jubilant FoodWorks has announced a leadership reshuffle that will see Tejaswi Narasimha Nori move from his current role as Senior Vice President and Business Head for Hong’s Kitchen and Dunkin’ to lead the Domino’s Dine In/Take Away (DITA) business. The change, effective April 1, 2026, places Nori at the helm of a broader Domino’s India and South Asia operation, with reporting lines to Sameer Batra, President and Chief Business Officer for Domino’s India and South Asia. Jubilant emphasizes that this is a role reallocation within the company and not a cessation of employment; a successor for Nori’s current responsibilities will be appointed in due course.

The move signals a closer alignment of Jubilant’s Domino’s portfolio under a unified leadership banner as the DITA business becomes a focal point for growth. Nori will continue as an employee of the company under the new reporting structure while taking on expanded responsibilities in the Domino’s DITA unit, reinforcing Jubilant’s confidence in internal leadership talent.

Sameer Batra’s overarching role as President and Chief Business Officer for Domino’s India and South Asia remains a cornerstone of the region’s strategy. Nori’s transition to head Domino’s DITA is expected to bolster cross-brand coordination and accelerate execution across Jubilant’s Domino’s footprint, potentially shaping the pace of expansion, menu innovation, and customer experience across the portfolio in India and adjacent markets.

Industry observers often view internal leadership moves as a barometer of strategic clarity and succession planning. By elevating Nori within the Domino’s ecosystem while keeping him on Jubilant’s payroll, the company signals its intent to maintain momentum across its Domino’s brands through seamless leadership transitions and a strong direct-line to the business’s top regional executive.
