Yuken India Limited, Bengaluru-based manufacturer of oil hydraulic equipment and partner to Japan’s Yuken Kogyo Co. Ltd., has announced a leadership change in its management ranks. The Board, acting on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Ganesh S S as Head – Human Resources (Senior Manager – HRD), effective from October 10, 2026, via circular resolution dated October 13, 2026.
Ganesh S S brings 16 years of HR experience spanning industrial relations, HR operations, statutory compliance, training and development, and governance. He previously served as Human Resource Manager at Infiniminds Private Limited and has worked across manufacturing and multi-location environments. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and an LLB.
The appointment signals Yuken India’s intensified focus on people strategy as it expands its footprint. With HR leadership anchored at the senior management level, the company aims to strengthen governance, employee relations, and HR policy across its manufacturing sites.
