Ojha brings more than two decades of experience in steering finance functions across global healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations. Most recently, he served as Global CFO & President Finance at Intas Pharmaceuticals, where he led finance across business operations, manufacturing, R&D, accounting, treasury, audit, taxation, corporate finance, and FP&A. His career also spans senior leadership roles at Viatris (formerly Mylan), Sun Pharmaceuticals, and Ranbaxy Laboratories, where he partnered with business and functional leadership across diverse geographies.
Throughout his career, Ojha has driven growth, strengthened financial performance, and led strategic transformation initiatives at global scale. His expertise covers financial strategy, business partnering, governance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, tax, risk management, and operational excellence—capabilities that Cohance will look to leverage as it navigates its next phase.
