FACT elevates Dileep R to Executive Director (Operations)

In a move that underscores its emphasis on steady operational leadership, Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited announced that Dileep R has been promoted to Executive Director (Operations), effective 1 October 2026. Previously the Chief General Manager for the Udyogamandal Complex, he will assume charge of FACT’s operations at the highest executive level, signaling a focus on strengthening the company’s day-to-day performance and strategic execution across its manufacturing footprint.

Dileep R brings more than 36 years of rich and diverse experience with FACT. He holds a Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree (M.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, both from the University of Calicut. His long tenure with the company, combined with his technical background, positions him to lead operational priorities with a hands-on, engineering-first approach.

Industry observers note that internal promotions to top-tier operational roles often reflect a deliberate succession strategy and a commitment to continuity in execution.
