Thakkar, 33, is a graduate who has spent 13 years with the company and serves as both a director and the Managing Director. He has been integral to several expansion initiatives, including an Andhra Pradesh–based Thin & Thick MDF project and a Gujarat-based Jumbo Laminate Sheet manufacturing project.
