Netweb extends Lodha-led leadership with five-year re-appointments for MD and directors

Netweb Technologies India Limited has signaled a clear note of continuity at the top, as shareholders approved a five-year renewal of leadership across the executive ranks. In a move shaped by governance process, the company disclosed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board recommended the re-appointment of four senior leaders, with the shareholders voting through a postal ballot completed on March 20, 2026. The re-appointments are effective from 14 August 2026 and run through 13 August 2031, reinforcing a stable leadership trajectory for the next phase of Netweb’s growth.

At the helm, Sanjay Lodha will continue as Chairman and Managing Director for the new term, not liable to retire by rotation. Supporting him in the executive leadership layer are Vivek Lodha, Niraj Lodha and Navin Lodha, each appointed as Whole-time Directors for five years, with liability to retire by rotation. The arrangement underscores a centralized leadership model anchored by the Lodha family, well known in Netweb’s recent corporate narrative.

The announcement also notes that the detailed disclosures required for such approvals were provided with the communications to the exchanges, reinforcing the governance framework that guided the decision. Taken together, the moves point to a period of measured continuity for Netweb, aligning strategic execution with a stable leadership team as the company continues to navigate its growth journey.
