Rane (Madras) Limited has announced a leadership reshuffle among its Senior Management Personnel, with changes to take effect from June 1, 2026. The board approved the moves as the company aims to sharpen oversight across its steering and linkage, light metal castings, and engine components domains, while also deepening ties with the ZF Rane Automotive India Private Limited joint venture within the Rane Group.
Gowri Kailasam, currently CEO of Steering and Linkage Division (SLD) and Light Metal Castings Division (LMCD), will transition to the role of Executive Director to lead the Engine Components Division (ECD) and Aftermarket Products Division (APD), and will additionally oversee the Steering and Gears Division (SGD) of ZF Rane Automotive India Private Limited, the JV within the group. She will continue to be a Senior Managerial Personnel and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director.
Aditya Ganesh, presently President of LMCD and Strategy Head of SLD, will become Executive Director to head the Steering and Linkage Division (SLD) and LMCD, effective June 1, 2026. He will also continue as a Senior Managerial Personnel reporting to the Chairman and Managing Director. Both leaders bring extensive tenure and a track record of cross-functional leadership within the group, with Kailasam having joined RML SLD in 2003 and Ganesh joining in 2017 and later rising to top roles.
These appointments underscore Rane’s focus on sustaining momentum in core engine components, precision manufacturing and aftermarket offerings, while reinforcing the connection between the parent company and its JV to drive integrated growth across divisions.
