Priti International Limited has unveiled a significant leadership reshuffle following its 9th Annual General Meeting held on September 16, 2026. Members approved a set of internal redesignations: Priti Lohiya will move from Managing Director to Whole Time Director, while Ritesh Lohiya, previously Director and Chief Financial Officer, will take on the role of Managing Director. Goverdhan Das Lohiya shifts from Whole Time Director to Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. In addition, Yogendra Chhangani and Sanjay Kumar were re-appointed as Independent Directors for two consecutive two-year terms, effective October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2028.

The changes underscore a concerted internal realignment of the company’s executive leadership. Priti Lohiya is described in accompanying profiles as a founder-entrepreneur with broad experience across manufacturing, lifestyle, and international trade, reinforcing ongoing strategic leadership. Ritesh Lohiya is characterized as a veteran leader with deep expertise in shaping strategic direction and growth, while Goverdhan Das Lohiya is noted as a seasoned industrialist driving long-term expansion. The trio’s new designations position them to steer daily operations, financial discipline, and corporate governance as the company moves into its next growth phase.

On the governance front, the board refresh is complemented by the appointment of two Independent Directors—Yogendra Chhangani and Sanjay Kumar. Their terms run for two years, from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2028, reinforcing independent oversight and balance on the board. Collectively, the moves signal an intent to blend continuity in strategy with enhanced governance, as Priti International pursues its mission in a competitive landscape and seeks to align leadership with its evolving strategic priorities.
