Everest Industries Limited has disclosed that its Vice President – Research and Development, Trissa Joseph, has resigned from the role with effect from the close of business on September 30, 2026, citing personal reasons.
In a note tendered to the company, Joseph thanked the organisation for the opportunities and support during her tenure and said she would ensure a smooth transition of her responsibilities ahead of her departure.
The departure highlights the pivotal role of the R&D function in Everest’s product strategy. The company is expected to map a transition plan to ensure continuity in key projects as it looks to appoint a successor or interim arrangements for the leadership of its research and development efforts.
Industry observers say such leadership moves underline how firms in the sector continually recalibrate their innovation pipelines to sustain growth, even as they navigate changing market dynamics.
