In a move that sharpens Camlin Fine Sciences Limited’s governance slate, the company has appointed Atul Pradhan as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 11, 2026, for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.
Pradhan is an IICA-certified independent director and corporate adviser who previously led Management Consulting at KPMG India. He brings broad governance experience across listed and unlisted boards, along with international exposure across the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East. His expertise spans corporate turnarounds, digital transformation oversight, and strategic stewardship.
Beyond his time at KPMG, Pradhan co-founded Transfolign Consulting, a boutique strategy and business transformation advisory firm, and serves as founder Director of Lead Angels. He has engaged with industry bodies such as CII and FICCI and has spoken at forums in India, Europe and the Middle East. The attachment notes he has led more than 100 major engagements across financial services, consumer and industrial markets, IT/ITES and the public sector, including cross-border M&A.
Camlin’s leadership circle thus gains a director with a track record of governance reform and strategic execution—backgrounds that could help steer the group through digital shifts and growth opportunities. The appointment, approved by the board via circular resolution and disclosed to shareholders for their acceptance, underscores Camlin’s intent to bolster independent oversight as it advances its agenda.
