Stepping into the helm is Himmat Singh Sandhu, who has been named as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a three-year term from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2029, subject to the Members’ approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. In line with the leadership change, Sandhu will also join Advent’s Audit Committee, taking the place of Pandit and underscoring a continuity in governance leadership at the board level. The board further empowered Sandhu, alongside CFO Amit Kumar Jain, to determine the materiality of events under the company’s listing requirements, reinforcing governance protocols as the company pivots to its next growth chapter.
