Sandhar Technologies updates leadership with resignation of VP-Operations at SAPL

Sandhar Technologies Limited has announced the resignation of Vijay Dahiya, who serves as Vice-President – Operations at Sandhar Ascast Private Limited, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, and is also a Senior Management Personnel of Sandhar Technologies. Dahiya tendered his resignation with effect from September 3, 2026, and, as per the notice period, his duties as SMP will be wound down by close of business on that date, while his services with SAPL will continue only until the close of business on December 2, 2026. The company has accepted his resignation, citing personal reasons, and will relieve him from SMP responsibilities today with SAPL’s association ending on December 2, 2026. A copy of the resignation letter and acceptance is attached with the communication. The firm publicly valued Dahiya’s contributions and extended best wishes for his future endeavors.

This leadership update highlights a transition at the operations helm within the Sandhar ecosystem. While the parent group navigates a period of change, the explicit separation of SMP duties from SAPL through December 2026 provides a window for a careful handover and continuity in operations. The development underscores the ongoing evolution of Sandhar’s leadership bench as the company emphasizes stability in its wholly-owned subsidiary while administrative positions at the corporate level remain unaffected for the moment.

As Sandhar processes this shift, observers may watch for who steps in to oversee day-to-day operations at SAPL and how the group will manage the transition in its operational leadership. In the meantime, the organization expresses gratitude for Dahiya’s service and reiterates its commitment to guiding the business through a prudent transition period.
