AAATechnologies Limited is undergoing a pivotal leadership reshuffle as it moves to align with a new ownership trajectory. The board disclosed that Venugopal Dhoot has resigned from the positions of Director and Managing Director, effective at close of business on August 31, 2026, in connection with a Share Purchase Agreement and the contemplated change in ownership/control. He confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his departure and will cease to be a member of key governance committees.
In a separate development, Kamal Kishor Sharma has stepped down from his role as Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 2, 2026, citing personal reasons and preoccupations. He will also cease to be a member of several committees, including the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Independent Directors Committee, and TCWG, with CSR involvement also concluding. The company notes no other material reasons for his resignation.
To ensure continuity and governance continuity amid this transition, AAATechnologies has appointed two new directors.
