Autoline Industries appoints Jeetendra Mandape as CHRO to sharpen HR strategy

Autoline Industries Limited has announced a leadership move aimed at sharpening its people strategy. The Board has approved the appointment of Jeetendra A. Mandape as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) in Senior Management designated as Key Managerial Personnel, with effect from April 6, 2026. The move signals the company’s intent to place a seasoned HR leader at the helm of its human capital agenda as it navigates growth in a manufacturing environment.

Mandape brings more than 27 years of experience across Human Resources, Industrial Relations and statutory compliance within large manufacturing organizations. His career spans roles at Indocount Industries Ltd., Raymond Luxury Cotton Ltd., Welspun India Ltd., General Motors India Pvt. Ltd., Exide Industries Ltd., and Dharamsi Morarji Chemical Co. Ltd., where he led initiatives in industrial relations, plant HR management, union negotiations, wage settlements, and compliance. He is also noted for contributions to HR policy development, leadership development, and HR transformation programs.
