Suresh Kumar P brings nearly two decades of cross-industry leadership, spanning Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, and Information Technology. He has held senior roles at Reckitt, Pernod Ricard, and Asian Paints, where he led technology-led transformation and delivered measurable business impact, underscoring a track record of turning digital ambition into operational results.

An alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (formerly National Institute of Industrial Engineering), Mr. Kumar P completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Madras Institute of Technology, Anna University. This combination of strategic rigor and technical grounding aligns with Hero MotoCorp’s aim to fuse data, software and smart engineering to sharpen decision-making and product development.
